The team walked in to a breakfast meeting yesterday morning and we were presented with strawberries & cream, croissants, chocolate buns, fruit and bucks fizz. The mood was instantly lifted, everyone was laughing & animated - what a perfect way to start what was going to be a really full on day.

From that we held a 'Creative Day' - every team member had the chance to put ideas forward, Karen presented an inspirational slideshow reviewing last years performance and how we were taking the company forward. Everyone was motivated and ready for action!

Also announced yesterday was 'Employee of the Month' - to my eternal embarrassment IT WAS ME! (webmunki).  Champagne, a tiara, a medal, chocolate... CHOCOLATE!... and a beautiful card and plaque that stays in our dining room left me feeling greatly appreciated.  Di & Becky also got pressies for their hard work & dedication over the last month, deserving every minute. 

Every single team member has worked magic in the last year and we're looking forward to a glowing future with Nouveau.

To top off the night Karen & Dave took the team out to see MAMMA MIA at the cinema - singing & dancing in the first two rows the atmosphere was fab and everyone had a brilliant night.

Basically Karen & Dave - we all want to say thank you - not just for yesterday but for what you've done in the last year. Nouveau is growing from strength to strength, the future is looking really positive, we're growing as a dedicated and excited team and we don't want you to forget that we appreciate you too!
