Visiting a site and then deciding to purchase only to be disappointed by poor customer service is never fun.  I simpy don't understand why companies do this.  As a business owner, excellent customer service should be a  top priority.

Good site, good price but did not deliver. 3 weeks wait for partial delivery of order then no reply to requests of refund for remaining outstanding order. Never again.
