Karen’s long list of ground-breaking achievements include bringing many enhancements to the UK market for the first time. It was Karen who introduced permanent blusher and permanent eye shadow, and it was also Karen who designed the following innovative treatments:

- Dimensional Lip Contour and Tint
- Dimensional High Brow and, most significantly
- Lip Blush*

*which can now be seen on the price lists of most of the country’s technicians and training schools.

Karen helps to fly the flag for the permanent cosmetics industry both at home and overseas by regularly demonstrating her skills at exhibitions and by attending courses and seminars to maintain her position at the very top of her profession.

Karen dictates the standards which are followed throughout the industry and is proud to be recognised by the Society of Permanent Cosmetics Professionals (USA) as one of the very few elite artists in the UK. Through her training company, Nouveau Contour, she is raising the standards in the permanent cosmetics industry by providing the highest standards of training to thousands of technicians throughout the world.
