What do we mean by medical enhancements or paramedical pigmentation?

Paramedical pigmentation is a complex procedure where Karen must attain exact skin tones. She must thoroughly understand her client’s desired result and achieve that goal using hypoallergenic pigments inserted via her computerised digital pen in to the dermal layer of the skin to mimic what is missing. This is done to give back the illusion of conformity. Micro pigmentation is a fine balance between artistic interpretation and a non-surgical precision and is vital in helping clients regain confidence in their appearance again.

Paramedical enhancements for you

Many private health insurance companies now recognise the benefits of permanent cosmetics in helping people with medical conditions to recover psychologically as well as physically.  We can assist with:

• Vitiligo: This pigmentation disorder is caused by an absence of melanin in the skin. We can disguise the white patches and even out a client's skin tone. The process works particularly well on the lip area and especially on darker skins.  More info.
  
  
• Cleft Lip: There are various stages in disguising a cleft lip to recreate natural looking lips. Step one is to use MCA  techniques (see below) to soften and relax the scar tissue. Next, we create a new, more symmetrical  lip line and fill in with a natural lip colour that’s suitable for the client’s skin tone.  More info.
  
  
• Forcyde Lips: Poor blood supply can cause discolouration of the lips as the glands lose their pigmentation and turn white. We will reintroduce pigment to the skin’s reticular layer to even out the lip colour and reinstate the lip shape.
  
  
• Scar Relaxation or Scar Camouflage: Micro pigmentation procedures have the benefit of improving the look of scarring by breaking down the taut scar tissue and creating a more even-textured surface.
  
  Advanced micro pigmentation techniques can diminish and disguise scars from either surgery or injury. We custom blend pigments that harmonise with the surrounding tissue and then implant them to make the scar less noticeable and reduce its contrasting, shiny appearance. • Burns:  Burns are similar to scars in that the surface of the skin shrinks to give a tight, stretched appearance and is usually  discoloured. Our techniques soften burns as we use micro pigmentation to blend the area in with the surrounding skin. 
  
  
• MCA (Multitrepannic Collagen Actuation):  This is a dry needling technique to help relax the white raised or stretched surface texture of burns and scars caused by an excess of sub surface collagen.  The MCA techniques that we carry out break this layer down and activate the body’s self cleansing system to stimulate the re-growth of healthy collagen. The same procedure can also be used to reduce wrinkles!

well karen for Paramedical pigmentation, if you give some cases of your client for them you use this then it would be more sort of relaibility to us regarding the gain skin tone specialy for vitiligo because I recently search a vitiligo site telling that no know cure of vitiligo yet found towards complete inhilation of vitiligo from the body. I thing like most of your other services and products this would be very afective for vitiligo or other skin conditions

Dear Karen,

I have recently seen a program, which promoted a machine with use of a gel and it help to get into a-10 year younger look with just 3 sessions I am not sure it was the MCA (Multitrepannic Collagen Actuation) but would you help find where I could buy such equipment.
