INFORMATION ON THE RENTAL SPACE:

• The room is 11mtrs x 5mtrs and can be split via a partition to make 2 individual rooms (e.g. bed in one area and two sofas in the waiting room).
  
  
• Space & flexibility to use as a training school with up to 8 beds in a row (beds can be supplied at no extra cost).
  
  
• Also within the building are Dr Wynand de Jager, dentist from Extreme Makeover UK, Milton Keynes Colonic (trained Jade Goody), Nilam Patel (permanent makeup artist to the stars), Karen Betts (permanent makeup artist from Chanel 4's 10 years younger & Extreme Makeover), Nouveau Contour (prestigeous permanent makeup training company) and Nouveau Lashes (elite lash extensions).
  
  
• The lease period is 12 months - 3 years.
  
  
• The room rental starts from £100 per day.
  
  
• Availability is for a minimum of 2 days per month.
